I'm an actor, writer, director, and producer born and raised in Queens, New York. Ever since I was little, when I found myself reenacting scenes from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Cinderella, Bring It On, and Spiderman in the large mirrors at Macy's, I knew I would forever be an actress. After my first lead role as the tooth fairy in my kindergarten play, I felt I found my destiny.
For 10 years, I performed in community theater at my local church until I went away to study Theater at Colby College. During my undergraduate years, I fell in love with the way performance art inform current events and vice versa. I want to be the type of actor whose performance can build communities and encourage a more equitable society.
This desire for an egalitarian society, as well as my mission for the uplift of marginalized bodies, has drawn me to write my own work roles that reflect the more humanized, complex depictions of people of color.
Outside of the arts, my passions are travel, reading, songwriting, and painting. I also have a thing for climbing both natural and man-made structures and putting together outfits for friends and family.
